Sweetfarm Studios is a beautiful space available for hire for anything from yoga, meditation and breath-work retreats to private tea parties, dinner parties, garden parties.
Music, dance, theatre, art whatever you need a space for. With it’s own private courtyard and accommodation for up to 20 in three adjacent cottages , this secluded venue with ample parking is a rare treat, set in the beautiful historic grounds of Kilcarbry Mill, peaceful, perfect paradise.

Stunning event venue nestled within the grounds of Kilcarbry House, offering a harmonious blend of natural beauty and rich historical surroundings.
This spacious venue comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests seated or 16 on yoga mats.
Located on the upper floor, access to the venue is provided via stairs and two conveniently placed toilets are available.

With its serene and peaceful ambiance, our venue is the ideal choice for private events, weddings, retreats, films and photoshoots, as well as residential recording sessions.
We provide 20 chairs and tables, while additional amenities such as catering services can be arranged through external vendors.

Peaceful Paradise | Mill Cottages
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a lovely old farmhouse table and bentwood chairs for family mealtimes.
Open plan lounge with a woodburning stove, a comfy sofa and armchair, a mid-century sideboard and a beautiful stained glass window adding a touch of eclectic character.
Upstairs comprises two beautifully decorated double bedrooms with brand new beds, each with chest of drawers, bedside lockers and lamps and windows with gorgeous views in both directions. All of the cottages are equipped with board games, jigsaw puzzles and books.

The Secret Cottage | Mill Cottages
Set in absolute peace and quiet in unspoiled countryside in the grounds of an old mill, with four single bunks in the bedroom and a two double sofa bed in the lounge, making an ideal family or friends space. Large walk-in shower, showing the riverside walk as you wash.
Warm and cosy cottage with character in every corner.
The riverside walk is amazing, accessible from our back extensive garden. We have giant chess, a swing, sometimes a pony !
